LoadoutGuard is in its pilot phase. The website, the demo, and the pilot service are provided as-is, with no uptime, accuracy, or support commitments beyond what a signed agreement says. An alert helps your crew find equipment sooner; it isn't a guarantee that equipment will be found or recovered.

Everything in the product demo (companies, crews, trucks, equipment, and alerts) is fictional sample data created for demonstration purposes. It does not represent a real customer.

Submitting the pilot request form is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side. Pilot terms, pricing, and hardware terms are agreed directly with your team before any equipment ships.

Keep your sign-in codes to yourself, and tell us at support@loadoutguard.com if you think someone else used your account. Your company decides who has access to its account and can remove people at any time.

LoadoutGuard Alerts sends equipment alerts to crew leads and managers of customer companies who signed up for them themselves, by entering their own mobile number and agreeing on our sign-up page, and one-time sign-in codes to people who ask for them on the sign-in screen. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, START to resume, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
