The morning loadout, without the clipboard
Nobody walks the yard with a checklist. As trucks load up, each gateway hears which tools are on board, and you can see before rollout whether every truck has what it needs.
Handhelds swap between crews. That's fine.
When Truck 5 grabs a trimmer that usually rides with Truck 2, LoadoutGuard sees where it went and updates both loadouts. Nobody has to log the swap, and the right crew gets the alert if it's left somewhere.
No guessing at the yard
Each tool is assigned to the truck that hears it clearly best. If two trucks are parked too close to tell apart, it says “at yard” instead of guessing.
